Lunakorpz
Bio
Bowdy van der Linden, known as Lunakorpz, hails from the southwest of the Netherlands and started producing music at the age of 14. What began with creating hip-hop beats soon evolved into exploring different styles, from big room house and dubstep to trap and raw hardstyle. However, nothing really felt like home.
That changed when a friend introduced him to uptempo hardcore. Initially, it seemed too intense, but it didn't take long before he was hooked. In 2015, he released his first track, "ELEVEN," on Sjammienators' label, Fucking Bastards Records. From that moment, there was no turning back.
Rough and hard are an understatement when you're talking about his beats. The 26-year-old producer is known for spending almost every hour in his studio. His passion for uptempo hardcore isn't something you can learn—it's straight from the heart!
After many releases and experimenting with different sounds, Lunakorpz found his unique style: energetic, melodic uptempo hardcore that’s both massive and intense. As not every label aligned with his sound, he co-founded WOLVPACK RECORDINGS. Their first release, "BUSTER," was met with a great reception and marked a significant milestone. Six months later, he teamed up with his idol Ncrypta for the release of "NIGHTLIFE," a blend of raw and uptempo hardcore. This collaboration opened doors to working with artists such as Kenai, The Purge, and Omnya.
In 2024, Lunakorpz had a dream year. He performed on both the YELLOW and BLACK stage at Defqon.1 and played at festivals like Decibel, Intents, and Rebirth, he once attended as a fan. There’s even more to come, he’s currently working with artists he’s long admired. Big announcements will be made soon on his social media.
2025 is set to be even bigger. For the first time, Lunakorpz will perform a live set featuring new tracks, edits, and remixes of his older work. His goal remains the same: to surprise with hard-hitting yet musical bangers and make every performance a unique experience. The future holds exciting collaborations, more energy, and a continued push to redefine uptempo hardcore.
